Paul earned his Associate of Science from Santa Barbara City College (CA) and is an RAB Certified Radio Marketing Consultant. He enjoys endurance sports and has run 4 of the 6 World Major Marathons: Berlin, New York, Chicago, and Boston. He also enjoys pheasant hunting with his German Wirehairs, canoeing in the BWCA and just about anything in nature or outdoors. He and his wife Renee enjoy travelling and being on the lake in the summer. "I honestly enjoy helping people, whether it’s with their running stride or with their advertising.

Chuck Blum has been with Lakeland Broadcasting since 1998 but has been in radio since 1974 and was part owner of KOLV until Lakeland Broadcasting acquired the station. You’ll still hear Chuck on air every once-in-awhile. He is the host of Big Country’s Community Affairs program every Sunday morning. Along with working with clients to develop successful marketing plans, Chuck owns Locomotion DJ Services, playing for weddings and events throughout the Midwest along with acting as MC for banquets and events in West Central MN. Chuck and his wife Jennifer live on Lake Koronis near Paynesville and together have 6 children and 11 grandchildren.

Away from work, you’ll find me cheering for my son, Zach's BOLD football and baseball teams, Redwood Area Hockey games, and my granddaughter’s soccer games. I also enjoy spending time with my daughter, Jessica and family, reading, photography, scrapbooking, working in the yard, and baking.

Since then I have held positions as a Sales & Marketing Manager in logistics, Director of Marketing for a manufacturing company, and a professional hockey player (not the NHL). I am a Willmar native and graduated from MSU in Moorhead with a degree in Business Administration with a Marketing emphasis. Aside from work I enjoy playing volleyball, indoor rock climbing, and long-distance running. I also love to be outside camping in the summer months and into the fall as well as duck hunting throughout the fall. My story began when I attended the Solid Rock School of Discipleship where I earned a biblical and theological studies certificate which included an amazing trip to Israel. Then, I was led to attend Ridgewater College for Marketing and Sales Management. These investments in myself led me not only to pursuing real-estate investing, but also community investing. I lose sleep at night over two things. The first is thinking of ways businesses I work with can develop strategic messages and campaigns to help them tell their story and reach their goals. The second is sweets. I love to bake!
