(St. Paul MN-) The Minnesota Department of Health Tuesday reported 3882 additional cases of COVID-19 and 6 more deaths. One of those deaths was a person in their late 70s from Stearns County, and brings the state's pandemic death toll to 7811. The numbers reported Tuesday include the past weekend, plus parts of Monday and last Friday. There have now been nearly 650,000 cases of coronavirus, and of that number more than 630,000 victims have recovered. Local numbers in Tuesday report include 130 cases in Stearns County, 47 in Kandiyohi, 27 in Meeker, 14 in Renville, 10 in Chippewa, 4 in Swift and 2 in Pope County. The figures were based on approximately 10,300 test results.
