(Willmar MN-) School officials across the state will be listening closely to Governor Tim Walz this afternoon who will announce how Minnesota public schools will be taught this fall. He will either allow students and teachers back into the classroom, or order distance learning like how the last school year ended, or a combination of both known as a hybrid.
