No additional COVID-19 cases in Kandiyohi County for the 3rd day in a row.

(Willmar MN-) Keeping in mind that Monday numbers are usually lower because of less testing over the weekend, COVID-19 figures released by the Minnesota Department of Health are very promising. For the third day in a row, Kandiyohi County had no additional cases of coronavirus reported, and is still at 560. Stearns County reported just 3 more cases, putting them at 2137, and Chippewa County had one additional case, bringing their pandemic total to 67.

Statewide, there were only 308 additional cases reported, putting the total at 33,337. Only 4 more deaths were reported, bringing the total to 1384. 332 people are hospitalized, 156 are in the ICU, and 29,065 have recovered.

Regarding testing, only 8664 people were tested on Sunday, compared with more than 11,000 on Saturday and more than 13,000 on Friday.
