Small COVID-19 outbreak reported in Swift County

(Benson MN-)  Friday's talk regarding COVID-19 seems to center around Swift County.   According to the Minnesota Department of Health, Swift County had 4 more cases reported on Friday, putting them at 29 for the pandemic.   Benson Schools and Community Ed has put out a statement saying "Due to an increase in positive COVID cases in our community this week, Benson Schools and Community Education are pausing all of our sports camps for 10 days. We hope to resume on July 20th.  As of now, swimming lessons are on as scheduled for next week. This could change over the next few days." 
Kandiyohi County reported 3 more cases Friday, bringing the total to 587.   There were 33 more cases reported in Stearns County, putting them at 2481.   There were no additional cases in Renville, Meeker and Chippewa Counties.  
Statistics released earlier this week by Kandiyohi County Emergency Management showed the median age of all cases in Kandiyohi County was just under 39 years old.   36.5 percent of the victims were white, 28 percent were black, 3.4 percent were Asian and the rest were unknown.   And Kandiyohi County Public Health says   52.7% were non-hispanic,  45.7% were hispanic and the remainder is unknown or refused to answer.
Statewide, there were 609 more cases reported on Friday, putting the state at 40,163.   There were 5 additional deaths, bringing the state total to 1490.   227 are hospitalized, 124 are in the ICU, and 35,442 have recovered.
