(Willmar MN-) COVID-19 has claimed another Summer activity...Willmar Parks & Recreation says "Due to unforeseen circumstances and the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to provide adequate staff to all of our youth recreational programs. Our summer recreational activities have been canceled for the remainder of the summer. Several of our staff members have been in contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19, and due to health and safety concerns, as well as inadequate staffing, we have made the tough decision to cancel programs."
