(Cass County MN-) Two Belgrade men avoided injury in a Saturday night crash involving a driver that had alcohol detected in his system. The state patrol says a pickup driven by 31-year-old Brett Cone of Belgrade was eastbound on a highway in Cass County at 10:30 Saturday night when a car went through a stop sign and struck Cone's truck. Cone and his two passengers, 25-year-old Tanner Schmitz of Belgrade and 27-year-old Hunter Schmitz of Missoula Montana weren't hurt, but the driver of the car that hit them, 39-year-old Tobias Peterson of Superior Wisconsin was taken to a Duluth Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The state patrol says alcohol was detected in Peterson's system.
