(Fergus Falls, MN) -- An Otter Tail County deputy has been charged with misconduct in office and driving while intoxicated for a double-fatal accident that happened last October. Deputy Kelly Blackman was involved in a high-speed police pursuit that ended in a crash that killed two people in Fergus Falls. Prosecutors say he was high on the painkiller fentanyl while chasing a drug suspect. The suspect ran a stop sign and caused a crash that killed 72-year-old Steve Christianson and his 71-year-old wife, Diane. No hearing date has been set for the deputy yet.
