Thousands of nonprofits and schools, tens of thousands of generous donors and $100,000 in prize grant giveaways and millions of dollars to support Minnesota causes. The Kandiyohi County Historical Society says they've received support every year that this event has gone on. They say this year is the most critical one for the Historical Society and "we hope you can help us raise necessary funds to help support our organization. During 2020, we had to close for three months and then re-open with restrictions. The restrictions come at a cost. The supplies and maintenance needed to adhere to these restrictions were unforeseen costs. The Historical Society has not been able to hold any programs or presentations this year which has been revenue lost."
