(Willmar MN-) A hearing to certify a St. Cloud youth as an adult after a shooting in Willmar has been delayed until next month. 17-year-old Jeremiah Torke currently faces Attempted Second Degree Murder with Intent and 3 other charges for allegedly shooting and wounding a 29-year-old man who told Torke he had to leave a house party in southwest Willmar June 30th. The victim was hospitalized in St. Cloud. An adult certification hearing, originally slated for yesterday in Kandiyohi County District Court has been rescheduled to October 15th. Torke remains in the Prairie Lakes Juvenile Detention Facility in Willmar.
