Highway 23

(Richmond MN-) Are you In the market for a home or garage? The Minnesota Department of Transportation says they have several structures up for sale in Stearns County to make room for upcoming construction along Hwy 23. Open houses start in early October. Lance Kalthoff of MnDot District 8 is manager of the project to widen 23 to a four lane from the Paynesville Bypass to Richmond. Construction begins in the Spring of 2022 and right now they are in the planning and land acquisition process...

...The road and intersections going into Roscoe are also going to be moved and changed. The North Gap is beginning one year before construction on The South Gap, which involves expanding Highway 23 to a four-lane from New London to The Paynesville Bypass.
