(Willmar MN-) District Judge Stephanie Beckman has denied an harrasment restraining order request from a Willmar man who claims he has been cyber-bullied by a woman who helped organize an anti-hate group last year. According to The West Central Tribune, Beckman denied the request made by Jason Plourde, who is a priest at the Asatru Folk Assembly church in Murdock. Ploude claimed he and his business were being harrassed online by Victoria Guillemard of the Murdock Area Alliance Against Hate. Last year, Guillemard said the group opposes the Asatru Folk Assembly, calling them a hate group because they only allow members of northern European descent...

...The group worships ancient norse gods like Odin and Thor, and Plourde says their relatives are their gods and they don't hate anyone. Plourde is a financial advisor, and has said Guillemard and others have sent confrontational messages to his business website, and have pressured the Hawk Animal Shelter to drop him as a volunteer...

According to the West Central Tribune, Judge Beckman denied Plourde's request for an harrasment restraining order, saying Guillemard was expressing her 1st Amendment right of free speech and was expressing what she felt was a community concern.
