(Hennepin Co., MN) -- A judge has rejected the divorce settlement involving former Minneapolis police officer Derek Chauvin and his wife. Chauvin's wife filed for divorce shortly after he was implicated in George Floyd's death. Reports say she filed a divorce settlement that would've given her most of Chauvin's assets, but that settlement was rejected last month. The judge in the case cited "badges of fraud" in her ruling, but did not accuse the Chauvins of fraud.
