(St. Paul MN-) One of the bills awaiting Governor Tim Walz signature is making recreational cannabis legal in The State of Minnesota. The law will allow people 21 and older to possess 2 ounces in public, and 2 pounds at home. Local lawmakers have voted against the measure the whole way through.
