(St. Paul, MN) -- Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison is being sued. A conservative law center alleges that a lawyer working in Ellison's office is an improper political plant. Attorney Pete Surdo works for Ellison as part of a fellowship through the State Energy and Environmental Impact Center at New York University's School of Law. The Upper Midwest Law Center says that is funded by Michael Bloomberg in an effort to address climate issues. They claim the connection is unethical.
