(Undated) -- Minnesota car dealers are suing the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency over its proposed zero-emission vehicle mandate. The proposed legislation would require car dealers in Minnesota to sell electric cars. The Minnesota Automobile Dealers Association's suit says the proposed legislation is preempted by federal law. Minnesota Senate Republicans are also threatening to try to keep the Pollution Control Agency from being able to make rules. The public can comment on the zero-emissions mandate until March.
