(Belgrade MN-) A rural Kerkhoven man faces theft, burglary and criminal damage to property charges after he allegedly stole a classic car from a New London Township business. Last Thursday Joseph Pawlowski was pulled over for a traffic violation in Belgrade while driving a 1956 Ford Thunderbird. Through investigation it was learned the car had been stolen from a business in New London Township and was valued at more than $80,000. Deputies then discovered burglaries at two separate businesses in New London Township, and arrested Pawlowski on charges of burglary, theft and criminal damage to property. The case remains under investigation.
