(Sartell, MN) -- A Sartell senior living facility has settled a racial bias claim involving a former employee. The employee claims she was racially harassed by a resident at Edgewood Sartell and then fired after raising complaints. A legal settlement announced by the Minnesota Department of Human Rights Tuesday says the employee's supervisor also defended the resident's actions. A spokeswoman for Edgewood Sartell says the facility denies the claims and only settled to save time and reduce cost.
