(St. Cloud, MN) -- Bail is set at four million dollars for a man accused in the February stabbing death of a woman in her Waite Park apartment. A Stearns County grand jury indicted 28-year-old Jarquez Bedford on two counts of first-degree murder in the killing of 52-year-old Andrea Cottew. The medical examiner determined that Cottew died due to sharp force injuries to her neck. The Minnesota B-C-A says Bedford's D-N-A was found on the handle of a knife and a bloody sweatshirt located at the scene. The criminal complaint says surveillance video shows Bedford and Cottew enter the building together and Bedford exiting the back door within an hour.
