(St. Paul, MN) -- The city of St. Paul's murder rate is now the highest it's been in 25 years and residents have had it. In the first 10 months of 2019, 29 people have been killed and 145 wounded as a result of gun violence. City officials are calling the high numbers an anomaly, but that isn't putting residents at ease as hundreds gathered at a Thursday night community forum in the city. The record number of homicides in the city was set in 1992 when 34 people were killed.
