(St. Paul, MN) -- Minnesota is the latest with a statewide "stay-at-home" order. Governor Tim Walz issued the order on Wednesday, and it takes effect at 11:59 p.m. tomorrow for the next two weeks. Walz says without keeping people at home, the death toll in Minnesota could reach as high as 74-thousand from coronavirus. Cases in the state are up to 287, with 26 people hospitalized.
