(Brainerd, MN) -- The sole survivor of a Brainerd medical helicopter crash is talking to investigators about what happened right before the aircraft went down. Paramedic Joshua Duda's account of the June 28th crash was released this week by the National Transportation Safety Board. In the report, Duda told investigators about foggy conditions that forced the pilot to make a go-around just before it spun and hit the ground. The helicopter had been trying to land at the Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport.
