State Patrol

(Spicer MN-) Three people were hurt, including an infant, in a two vehicle crash west of Spicer Friday afternoon. The state patrol says at 4:24 p.m. a Ford Edge driven by 28-year-old Brian Harper of Clara City was northbound on Highway 71, and when he tried to turn left onto County Road 29 by Ringo Lake, he was hit by a southbound pickup driven by 57-year-old Debra Litchy of Blomkest. Brian Harper and infant passenger Collins Harper were taken to Rice Memorial Hospital in Willmar with non-life-threatenining injuries. Passenger 30-year-old Amanda Harper of Spicer and three dogs that were the Collins vehicle were not hurt. Litchy, the pickup driver, was also taken to Rice with non-life-threatening injuries.
