(Willmar MN-) The Willmar City Council awarded bids last night for a variety of public works projects including working on the heating system at the War Memorial Auditorium downtown, City Hall and the WRAC 8 Studios, all of them impacted when Willmar Municipal Utilities discontinued the District Heat Program. They also gave the go-ahead to City Attorney Robert Scott to pursue legal action against the owner of a home in southwest Willmar where neighbors say drug activity is taking place. More details on last night's meeting coming up on the Open Mic show at 10 a.m. on KWLM.
