(Willmar MN-) A Willmar man is seeking to have a home in his neighborhood declared a public nuisance due to the large number of arrests that have occurred there over the years. Bob Enos held a neighborhood meeting Wednesday attended by half-a-dozen neighbors, and city council members Rick Fagerlie and Fernando Alvarado, Kandiyohi County Commissioner Steve Ahmann, and Police Chief Jim Felt. Felt reported that 40 arrests and 6 search warrants have been executed on the property in the area of Trott Avenue and Southwest 9th Street since 2013. Enos claims there is still drug activity going on and is creating an online petition which he will circulate on Facebook through July 4th. Next he says he will meet with Kandiyohi County Attorney Shane Baker in the hopes of having the household declared a "public nuisance."  Enos hopes to have the occupants of the house evicted.
