(East Lansing, MI) -- The Gopher men will look to break up a two game slide when they face Michigan State tomorrow night in East Lansing.
The Gophers have dropped consecutive games against Illinois last Tuesday followed by a 73-60 loss at Indiana on Sunday. The Gophers fell in the first meeting with the Spartans on December 8th at Williams Arena in a 75-67 decision. In that one Gabe Brown, Malik Hall and Tyson Walker scored 15 points apiece for M-S-U. Eric Curry had a career high 18 points for Minnesota who also got 17 from Jamison Battle.
The Gophers enter the contest at 10-3 overall and 1-3 in the Big Ten. The Spartans are 13-2 overall and a prefect 4-0 in the conference and unbeaten in East Lansing with a 7-0 record on their home court. Tip tomorrow night is set for 6 P-M from the Breslin Center, pregame coverage on KWLM starts at 5:30pm.
