(Undated) -- The Denver Nuggets have punched their ticket to the NBA Finals for the first time ever.

The Nuggets came back from a 15-point halftime deficit to take down the Los Angeles Lakers 113-111 in Game Four of the Western Conference Finals at Crypto-Dot-Com Arena. Nikola Jokic [[ yo-kitch ]] set an NBA record with his eighth triple-double of the postseason after totaling 30 points, 14 rebounds and 13 assists to lead Denver to the 4-0 series sweep.

LeBron James paced LA with 40 points, 10 boards and nine assists in the losing effort. The Nuggets advance to face either the Miami Heat or Boston Celtics in the Finals.

Miami will host Boston for Game Four of the Eastern Conference Finals on Tuesday night with a chance to sweep.
