(Las Vegas, NV) -- The Timberwolves charged past the Lakers 114-99 on Thursday night from T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

Anthony Edwards, D’Angelo Russell and Jaylen Nowell each scored 13 points to lead the T-Wolves to the win and improve to 2-0 on the preseason schedule. New center Rudy Gobert made his Wolves debut and had eight points and 12 rebounds in 17 minutes with his new team.

The Timberwolves are in Los Angeles on Sunday night to face the Clippers at 9:30 P-M.
