(Minneapolis, MN) -- The Wild are signing defenseman Jonas Brodin to a seven-year, 42-million-dollar contract extension. The deal will take effect in the 2021-2022 season. Brodin was the 10th overall pick in the 2011 draft by Minnesota and has since proved to be a key player.
