(St. Paul, MN) -- Bill Guerin is the new general manager of the Wild. Guerin becomes the fourth GM in franchise history. He takes over for Paul Fenton, who was fired at the end of July. Guerin has won two Stanley Cups as a player and two more in the front office of the Pittsburgh Penguins. He played 18 seasons in the NHL and spent the last five years as assistant GM of the Penguins.
